Our membership has three tiers – Silver, Gold and Platinum
Moving up a tier happens automatically whenever you spend £150 or more with us in any 12-month period. So while you’re filling your top drawer with JustWears pairs, you’ll be moving through our membership tiers, too.
Do I need to sign up before making a purchase to earn Top Drawer points?
Yes, you’ll need to sign up for a Top Drawer account before you can start earning rewards. We can’t add them retroactively to your account, unfortunately.
Why do you have three different loyalty tiers?
Our membership tiers are designed to give our most regular customers even more savings. To move up from Silver to Gold (or from Gold to Platinum), customers need to spend £150 or more with us over a 12 month period.
When you move up a tier, you’ll earn more points for referring a friend, receive additional points on your birthday, and enjoy an ever-evolving selection of perks too.
How do I view my points balance or loyalty tier?
To view your points balance or loyalty tier, please login to your account. Once you’ve signed in, you’ll be automatically redirected to our loyalty page, where you can view your current points balance and loyalty tier.
How do I redeem my points?
To redeem points, you’ll need to first login to your account. Once you’ve signed in, you’ll be automatically redirected to our main loyalty page which shows the rewards that you currently have available.
If you have enough points, simply click ‘get reward’ under the percentage discount you’d like to use with your next order. Once you’ve clicked ‘redeem’, your discount code will appear – then all you need to do is copy and paste it, and enter it into the discount code box at checkout.
You can also redeem points with our points slider at checkout. If you’re logged into your account on your desktop, a slider will appear at checkout and give you £1 off your order per 100 points used. If you’re shopping on mobile, please click ‘show order summary’ on the checkout screen to view a drop-down menu (rather than a slider) with your available discounts.
How do I refer friends? And are there any limitations on who I can refer?
Introducing your friends to the top drawer comfort of JustWears is easy, and very worthwhile for both of you. You’ll get at least 1000 Top Drawer points, and they’ll receive 20% off their JustWears purchase. Lovely stuff, all around.
To refer friends, please log into your account, visit the Refer Friends section of our Loyalty page, then click the ‘Refer Now!’ button. This will create a bespoke referral link you can share with your friends by email, WhatsApp, Facebook, or X. Easy peasy lemon squeezy.
Just make sure they purchase their pants through the referral link, or you’ll both miss out on the freebies.
As for limitations, there’s just one: you can’t refer anyone who lives in your own household.
What do the 'approved', 'pending' and 'cancelled' statuses mean?
‘Approved’ points are those that can be redeemed immediately, while ‘Pending’ points need to be verified before they can be redeemed – this typically applies to purchases and referrals, and they’re usually approved within 48 hours.
If your points are showing as ‘cancelled’, this could be because a friend has cancelled their order, and so these referral points unfortunately won’t be added to your account.
How long do my points last?
You have 12 months to spend the points you’ve earned. And the good news is that your points will automatically renew for another year if you earn any points within those same 12 months.
